Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and supported European countries shown at checkout.

Shipping Cost and Service

Standard shipping is free for all eligible orders. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated Standard delivery after dispatch is usually 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, public holidays, weather, or incorrect address information.

International Duties, Taxes and Customs

International orders are shipped Delivered at Place (DAP) unless otherwise stated at checkout. Daoyuan Store does not collect import duties, import VAT/GST, customs charges, or brokerage fees at checkout. If these charges are assessed by the destination country or carrier, they are the recipient’s responsibility and must be paid directly to the relevant authority or carrier. Free Standard shipping does not include these charges.

Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when tracking is available.

Address Accuracy

Please provide an accurate name, phone number, and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays, returns, or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and we will help investigate.
