Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from delivery of the last item in your order to request a return. If the final day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the return window extends to the next business day.
How to request a return
Sign in to your Daoyuan Store customer account, open Orders, select the eligible order, and choose Request return. You may also contact us at 964653968zxcv@gmail.com.
Please do not send any item back before your return request is approved. If approved, we will provide the return address, a free return shipping label, and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Eligibility
Items must be in the same condition in which they were received, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Cancellations
For eligible unfulfilled orders, sign in to your customer account and submit a cancellation request before the item is fulfilled.
Exchanges
Return the original item after approval and place a separate order for the replacement item.
European Union cooling-off period
Customers in the European Union have at least 14 days from delivery of the last item in the order to cancel or request a return, subject to applicable law and the eligibility conditions above.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
